for The Goodrich Mill
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by The Goodrich Mill ("we", "us", "our"), including bookings, reservations, payments, and SMS communications. By making a booking with us or providing your phone number for SMS communications, you agree to these Terms.
The Goodrich Mill operates its business technology — including SMS communications, online booking, and payments — using Kairvio, a software platform provided by Kairvio Inc. These Terms govern your relationship with The Goodrich Mill, the business you are transacting with. Kairvio's role is limited to providing technology and infrastructure.
We provide booking, reservation, payment, and communication services as described to you at the time of your booking. The specific terms of your reservation — including dates, pricing, cancellation policy, and any waiver or rental agreement — are documented in your booking confirmation.
All bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance. Payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy disclosed at the time of booking.
The Goodrich Mill sends transactional SMS messages to customers who have explicitly opted in, including booking confirmations, reminders, access codes, invoices, quotes, and two-way replies to customer-initiated inquiries. This is a transactional SMS program. We do not send marketing or promotional messages on this program.
The Goodrich Mill is responsible for obtaining your explicit consent before sending you SMS messages. Consent is collected via an unchecked, optional checkbox on our public booking form. Consent is not a condition of making a booking or receiving service.
Message frequency varies and is tied to your bookings. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once opted out, no further SMS messages will be sent to you unless you reply START. Reply HELP for support. You may also contact us directly at (765) 400-0997.
Mobile carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Goodrich Mill cannot guarantee message delivery, which depends on carrier conditions and your device.
You agree to provide accurate information when booking, to use our services lawfully, and not to harass our staff or other customers via SMS, email, or any other channel.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Goodrich Mill's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the amounts you have paid to us for the booking giving rise to the claim.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
